The design should make it clear what the system may do, what needs a person’s approval and how errors are handled. Staff replacement and unmeasured savings are not the objective of the offer.

Can private information be sent to an AI provider?
Data access, approved providers, retention and permitted uses must be agreed before integration. Do not include private records or credentials in an initial enquiry.
