Privacy notice
When you submit a project enquiry, ZYAM receives the name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, selected service, budget range and project description that you provide. This information is stored in an access-restricted lead record and used to review, deliver and respond to your enquiry.
Enquiry details are sent through the website’s server-side enquiry service. They are not included in analytics events. The website records privacy-safe interaction events such as opening the enquiry form, successful or failed submission, and selecting an email or WhatsApp fallback. These events contain the page path but not your message or contact details.
The hidden company-website field is used to detect automated spam. Basic request-rate controls may also process technical request information temporarily to protect the enquiry service.
